Shipping Rates
Orders below $100: $7
Each $100 increment: add $0.75
There is a $20 air surcharge for Hawaii, and a $10 surcharge for Alaska.
NOTE: Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be processed.
Return Policy
All merchandise in resalable condition in its original packaging may be returned for a full refund excluding shipping for a period of 30 days. If the merchandise is used and found to be defective within one year from date of purchase NAPD will refund the cost of the merchandise and the shipping.
A purchase receipt, including your phone number, must accompany all returns. A return authorization is not necessary.
NAPD will return shipping fees if there are shipping errors. Send all merchandise to NAPD Store, One Academy Blvd., Big Sandy, TX 75755. All merchandise must be shipped prepaid; C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.
Exchange Policy
An even exchange (same price) for color or size is available. On all exchanges there will be a $5.50 fee for shipping and handling. Please send your merchandise and your original receipt (including your phone number) along with the $5.50 fee to NAPD Store, One Academy Blvd., Big Sandy, TX 75755. A return authorization is not required. If the exchange is needed due to a shipping error the $5.50 fee will be waived.
For exchanges where there are price differentials, we will credit the original credit card including shipping for the price of the exchange, and recharge the credit card for the new amount with the new shipping.
All merchandise must be shipped prepaid with the original receipt; C.O.D. returns will not be accepted. It takes approximately 10 days for exchanges to be completed.
